Returns are allowed for items that have factory defects, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or otherwise in new condition with tags! 

Please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order for a return/exchange/minor alteration and is valid for the original owner. If you are not the original owner, we cannot accommodate your request. 

If your item does not fit, due to any incorrect information before production Little Ela has the right to refuse for a refund/exchange/minor alteration. 

Please note for Made-To-Order items there may be slight variations in pattern placement/color, Little Ela can’t promise any exact placement. 

There are No Exceptions. 

The exchange of items is subject to the availability of the exact or change item at the time of return. 

Little Ela has the right to refuse exchange/refund and is subject to request proof of defect.

Returns/exchange/minor alteration shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

If a refund is issued, it is only for the item/s and not shipping.
